Job Overview:

Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to: engaging with community members to understand their needs and challenges, facilitating workshops and training sessions to empower individuals, collaborating with local organizations to enhance community development initiatives, monitoring and evaluating the impact of programs, and reporting on progress to stakeholders. The role also requires the ability to adapt to new situations and work effectively in diverse environments, ensuring that the voices of marginalized individuals are heard and prioritized in all initiatives.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess strong interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse groups. A commitment to VSO's mission and values is essential, along with a demonstrated ability to facilitate positive change. Candidates should also have experience in community engagement or development work, and be open-minded and respectful towards different cultures and perspectives.

Educational Background:
A relevant degree in social sciences, international development, or a related field is preferred. Experience:
Candidates should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in community development, social work, or a related field. Languages:
Fluency in English is mandatory, as it is the primary language of communication within the organization. Knowledge of local languages spoken in Uzbekistan would be an advantage, as it would facilitate better engagement with community members and enhance the effectiveness of programs.
