Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the Office Cleaner include:
Cleaning offices, conference rooms, corridors, kitchens, toilets, and storage rooms.
Dusting furniture, excluding computers, and cleaning doors, kitchen cabinets, refrigerators, windows, and walls.
Washing or vacuuming floors and carpets.
Emptying waste bins into trash containers.
Cleaning toilets and sinks, ensuring they are hygienic.
Replenishing soap and paper towel dispensers as needed.
Washing used dishes left by staff members in the kitchen.
Keeping cleaning equipment clean and in working order, and advising the supervisor of any equipment that needs replacement.
Informing the supervisor of low stocks of cleaning tools, solutions, powders, soaps, and related accessories. 1
Cleaning outdoor areas, including staircases and balconies. 1
Placing glasses, cups, drinking water, and coffee on conference tables and arranging chairs in conference rooms. 1
Preparing hot and cold refreshments for meetings. 1
Informing the supervisor of low stock of coffee, tea, and sugar. 1
Performing related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications: The required qualifications for the Office Cleaner position include:
A secondary school diploma is mandatory.
No specialized experience is required, but previous experience working as an office cleaner is preferred.
Knowledge of Russian and Tajik languages is necessary, with limited knowledge of English being an advantage.
