Job Overview: As the People Operations Manager at Save the Children Australia, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience within the organization. Duties and Responsibilities: In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties that are essential to the success of the People Operations function. Your key responsibilities will include:
Operational Excellence: Streamlining and enhancing the employee experience throughout the entire lifecycle, ensuring that processes are efficient and user-friendly.
People Insights & Analytics: Developing and managing dashboards and reports that provide valuable insights to leaders, enabling data-driven decision-making.
Tech & Transformation: Acting as the product owner for HR technology, driving innovation and automation to improve operational efficiency.
Policy & Compliance: Leading the development of HR policies, monitoring changes in legislation, and ensuring that the organization remains compliant with all relevant regulations.
Remuneration & Benefits: Overseeing the annual remuneration review process and contributing to the development of a fair and equitable rewards strategy.
Leadership & Culture: Inspiring and leading a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and service across the organization.
Required Qualifications: To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a strong background in people operations, particularly within complex, values-driven environments. Key qualifications include:
