Job Overview: The Research Analyst position at CHAI is a critical role within the organization, particularly in the context of the SHIFT project, which aims to evaluate the impact of funding transitions on HIV service delivery in multiple countries, including Zambia. They will serve as the primary point of contact with local Institutional Review Boards (IRBs), the Ministry of Health, and other relevant oversight bodies.
