Job Overview: The position of Missions within SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL (SI) is crucial for the ongoing humanitarian efforts in Ukraine, particularly in response to the needs arising from the full-scale invasion by Russian forces. The role is designed to enhance the quality of task distribution and provide a clear financial overview of the mission. The job entails navigating the challenges of capacity building, reinforcing operational bases, and managing workload during a transitional period. The initial months will focus on strengthening the implementation of RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) frameworks for coordination between bases and HQ, as well as implementing shared cost processes. Duties and Responsibilities: The primary duties and responsibilities of the Missions position include:
Improving tools and work processes to enhance task distribution quality.
Providing a comprehensive financial overview of the mission's operations.
Strengthening the implementation of RACI frameworks for better coordination between field bases and headquarters.
Managing shared costs processes to ensure financial transparency and accountability.
Collaborating with local authorities and partners to deliver effective WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) services.
Overseeing the transition from emergency response to recovery programming, ensuring that both immediate and long-term needs are addressed.
Engaging in capacity building initiatives for local staff and partners.
Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of implemented programs and making necessary adjustments.
Ensuring compliance with security protocols and adapting to evolving security contexts.
Required Qualifications: Candidates for the Missions position must possess the following qualifications:
A three-year degree in management, finance, accounting, or audit.
A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the humanitarian sector, specifically in a similar role.
Familiarity with SI processes is considered an asset.

The organization implements a system of alternating work and time off, allowing for breaks every three months, with an additional rest day granted for each month worked.
