Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of this position include:
Providing technical support to federal, state, and local health authorities in assessing health needs across all states, particularly in conflict-affected areas.
Supporting the assessment of primary health care networks and proposing solutions to enhance infrastructure.
Ensuring continuity of care for vulnerable populations, including those with chronic conditions, pregnant women, and children under five.
Developing training materials and facilitating training for health personnel to improve the quality of primary health care services.
Designing and implementing effective health service delivery solutions, including mobile health units and telemedicine.
Strengthening health data collection and reporting systems, and collaborating with mobile health units.
Maintaining communication with local authorities regarding primary health care strengthening efforts.
Performing any other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications: The required qualifications for this position include:
A university degree (Bachelor) in health systems/services administration, health management, or a related field from an accredited institution.
Specialization or training in primary health care service delivery is desirable.
At least 2 years of professional experience in health system management or primary health care facility management.
Experience in strategy development with WHO or other UN agencies is preferred.
Knowledge of health operations, outbreak response, and emergency planning is advantageous.
Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills are essential.
Educational Background: Candidates must possess a university degree (Bachelor) in health systems/services administration, health management, or a related field from an accredited institution. Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in health system management or in managing primary health care facilities.
