Job Overview: The Consultant for Workshops and Individual Consultations will play a crucial role in supporting youth and young adults from Ukraine and other countries living in Poland. This position is part of the Labor Mobility and Social Inclusion Programme, which aims to assist these individuals in navigating their future paths, including education, training, and professional opportunities. The consultant will be responsible for preparing and conducting workshops, maintaining communication with participants, and providing individual consultations to help them achieve their goals. The role requires a proactive approach to engage with participants and ensure that their needs are met effectively.
Duties and Responsibilities: The consultant will undertake several key tasks, including:
Preparing the scenario for the workshops to ensure they are engaging and informative.
Conducting two workshops at the Warsaw Integration Centre on pre-agreed dates with the IOM.
Maintaining communication with workshop participants to provide ongoing support and guidance.
Offering individual consultations to workshop participants, with a target of providing 15 consultations.
Preparing a concise report (1-2 pages) summarizing the lessons learned from the workshops and individual consultations.
Meeting performance indicators, which include conducting three workshops and delivering the required number of individual consultations in a timely manner.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess experience in conducting workshops and consultations focused on professional development, particularly with youth. Strong analytical and copywriting skills are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with minimal supervision. The consultant should demonstrate a commitment to the values of inclusion, integrity, and professionalism as outlined by IOM.
