Job Overview: The Técnico de Orientación Laboral position is designed for individuals who are passionate about helping others navigate the complexities of the job market. The ideal candidate will be expected to assess clients' skills and interests, assist them in creating effective resumes and cover letters, and prepare them for interviews. The Técnico de Orientación Laboral will also collaborate with local businesses and organizations to create job placement opportunities for clients, ensuring a comprehensive approach to employment support.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct individual assessments to identify clients' skills, interests, and career goals.
Develop and implement personalized job search strategies tailored to each client's needs.
Provide guidance on resume writing, cover letter creation, and interview preparation.
Organize and facilitate workshops on job search techniques, networking, and professional development.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor market trends and job openings in various sectors.
Collaborate with local employers to identify job placement opportunities for clients.
Monitor clients' progress and provide ongoing support and motivation throughout their job search journey.
Prepare reports on client outcomes and program effectiveness to inform future service improvements.
Required Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse individuals.
Proven experience in career counseling, coaching, or a related field.
Knowledge of job search strategies and labor market dynamics.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for remote counseling and workshops.

Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in psychology, human resources, education, or a related field is required. Additional certifications in career counseling or coaching are highly desirable and will be considered an asset.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in career counseling, coaching, or a related field is required. Experience working with diverse populations and understanding their unique employment challenges is preferred.
Languages: Fluency in Spanish is mandatory. Proficiency in English or other languages is considered a plus, as it enhances the ability to serve a broader client base.
