Job Overview: The IT Integration Specialist position is situated within the Bureau of Digital Business Solutions (DBS) at UNESCO, specifically in the Administration and Management Sector. This role is crucial for the implementation of digital technologies that support UNESCO's mission and program delivery. The DBS serves as the Secretariat for the organization's digital transformation governance, facilitating the development of the One-UNESCO Digital Strategy. The IT Integration Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining integration solutions within UNESCO's IT ecosystem, primarily using MuleSoft. Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the IT Integration Specialist include:
Integration Design and Development: Design and develop integration solutions using MuleSoft, particularly between Salesforce and SAP, while also implementing APIs, web services, and data integration workflows. Ensure adherence to best practices for secure and efficient integrations and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration designs and procedures.

Platform Expertise and Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about new features in MuleSoft and integration methodologies, continuously identifying opportunities to enhance integration processes and system performance. Required Qualifications: The position requires an advanced university degree (Master's or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information/Digital Technology, or a related field. Candidates must have a minimum of two years of experience in the field, with at least one year at the international level. Additional Notes: The position is a temporary appointment with an initial duration of 6 months, with the possibility of renewal based on funding and performance.
