Job Overview:
The Country Support Manager (CSM) for Global Diagnostics will play a pivotal role in supporting market shaping activities across various disease areas, including HIV, tuberculosis (TB), and maternal and child health (MNCH). The CSM will be responsible for conducting analytical work to design and implement strategies that ensure the supply of essential diagnostics at affordable prices in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs). This position requires the ability to synthesize complex data from multiple sources and communicate strategic recommendations effectively to stakeholders, including suppliers, country programs, and donors. The CSM will also foster collaborative relationships within CHAI and with external partners to achieve market access goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The CSM will manage the development of databases and analytical frameworks to identify and prioritize market-shaping interventions. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, developing demand forecasts, preparing presentations and reports to inform global policy, and presenting findings to various audiences. The CSM will build productive relationships with internal and external partners to assess market dynamics and develop strategies for market-shaping interventions. Additionally, the CSM will create tailored communication materials based on analyses and effectively communicate findings and recommendations to diverse audiences. Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed by the team.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess an advanced degree in Business, Economics, Public Health, or a related field, along with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a relevant setting. The ideal candidate should have the ability to navigate complex governmental processes and influence decision-making collaboratively. Strong analytical and quantitative skills are essential, with significant experience in Excel and PowerPoint. An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently on complex projects in a fast-paced environment are crucial. Candidates should also demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Educational Background:
