Job Overview: The Driver position at UNDP Syria is essential for providing reliable and safe transportation services. Duties and Responsibilities: The Driver's primary duties include transporting the Qamishli Area Manager and other staff members, ensuring the safe delivery and collection of mail and documents, and meeting official personnel at the airport. The Driver is responsible for maintaining accurate vehicle logs, managing vehicle maintenance, and ensuring all necessary documents and supplies are available in the vehicle. In case of accidents, the Driver must take immediate actions as per regulations. The role also requires the use of navigation applications and communication systems, adherence to driving advice regarding security and weather conditions, and participation in relevant security training. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and have a secondary education. A minimum of three years of relevant driving experience with a safe driving record is required.
