The position of Técnico/a de Orientación Laboral involves providing comprehensive career guidance and support to individuals seeking employment. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting one-on-one consultations, developing personalized action plans, and facilitating workshops aimed at enhancing job search skills. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual assessments to identify clients' skills, interests, and career goals.
• Develop personalized career action plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Provide guidance on job search strategies, including resume writing, interview preparation, and networking techniques.
• Organize and facilitate workshops and training sessions on various employment-related topics.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of job openings and resources available to clients.
• Collaborate with local businesses and organizations to identify job placement opportunities.
• Monitor and evaluate clients' progress and adjust action plans as necessary.
• Provide ongoing support and encouragement to clients throughout their job search process.

Required Qualifications:

Educational Background:

Experience:
