Job Overview: The Chargé(e) ou Chargé de Ressources Humaines will play a pivotal role in managing the human resources functions within the organization. This position involves developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives. The individual will be responsible for overseeing recruitment processes, employee relations, performance management, and training initiatives. Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
Oversee employee performance management processes, including setting performance goals, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback.
Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Address employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.
Maintain HR records and reports, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Collaborate with management to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field is required. A master's degree or HR certification (such as SHRM-CP or PHR) is preferred and may enhance the candidate's qualifications for the role.
Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in human resources management is required, with a demonstrated track record of successfully managing HR functions in a dynamic environment. Experience in a multinational organization is a plus, as it provides valuable insights into diverse workplace cultures and practices.
Languages: Fluency in French is mandatory, and proficiency in English is highly desirable. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus and can be beneficial in a multicultural work environment.
