Duties and Responsibilities:
Interns will be responsible for a variety of tasks that support the Research Contracts Administration Section (NACA) of the IAEA. Key responsibilities include assisting with the compilation and preparation of policy and operational manuals, guides, training materials, presentations, and other communication products. Interns will also engage in data clean-up exercises, record and file documents, and organize the file repository. Additionally, they will assist in collecting and communicating web stories, organizing meetings, events, and webinars, and maintaining the CRA and Collaborating Centres web pages. Other tasks may be assigned by the Section Head as needed, providing interns with a comprehensive experience in administrative and communication functions within the agency.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in communication, international affairs, political science, media, international relations, or a related field. Proficiency in the standard Microsoft Office package is essential, as well as good interpersonal skills that enable effective teamwork in a multicultural environment. Interns should demonstrate a strong ability to communicate and collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds, fostering a respectful and inclusive workplace.

Educational Background:
To be eligible for the internship, candidates must be at least 20 years old and have completed a minimum of three years of full-time studies at a university or equivalent institution towards their first degree. Candidates may apply for the internship up to one year after completing their bachelor's, master's, or doctorate degree. It is important to note that candidates who have previously participated in the IAEA's internship program are not eligible to apply again.
