Job Overview: The National Interns for 2025 position at UNICEF Tajikistan is designed for individuals who are either enrolled in an advanced degree program or have recently graduated. Duties and Responsibilities: The National Interns will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including but not limited to: supporting knowledge management for respective programs, preparing training activities, monitoring program activities as per work plans, and documenting program activities. They will assist with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks, help organize meetings by finalizing agendas, sending invitations, and preparing minutes. Additionally, interns will be involved in translating and editing documents, developing a repository of approved policies and guidelines, and performing any other tasks as required by the program sections. This role is integral to ensuring that UNICEF's programs are effectively implemented and monitored, contributing to the organization's mission of promoting children's rights.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must be enrolled in an advanced degree program or be recent graduates in fields such as Education, Child Protection, Social Work, Health, Nutrition, Social Science, Communication, Journalism, Development Studies, Business Administration, or Finance. Strong academic performance is essential, as evidenced by university records or a reference letter from an academic supervisor. Candidates should possess good organizational, analytical, and communication skills, along with a high sense of responsibility and discretion.
