Responsibilities include conducting background research on HR matters, supporting the development of promotional and outreach materials, coordinating activities and events to enhance awareness of HR areas, responding to HR-related inquiries, and contributing to the design and facilitation of training programs. Interns will also prepare and edit drafts of HR reports, guidelines, and presentations, analyze HR data and Key Performance Indicators, and assist with other HR activities as assigned. Interns may rotate between different HR areas based on the programmatic needs of the organization.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a university degree in progress or recently completed in fields such as Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences, International Relations, or a related discipline. They should have experience in drafting documents and reports in English, and experience in an international work environment or in Human Resources-related work is highly desirable. Proficiency in Windows and MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Teams, is also required.
Educational Background: Applicants must be at least 20 years old and have completed a minimum of three years of full-time studies at a university or equivalent institution towards their first degree. Candidates may apply up to one year after completing their bachelor's, master's, or doctorate degree. It is important to note that candidates must not have previously participated in the IAEA's internship program.
Experience: The position requires candidates to have experience in drafting documents and reports in English. While prior experience in an international work environment or Human Resources-related work is highly desirable, it is not mandatory. The focus is on candidates who are currently pursuing or have recently completed their degree, thus emphasizing the internship's educational nature.
