Job Overview: The position of Coordinatrice ou Coordinateur Terrain involves overseeing field operations in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region. The role requires a proactive approach to managing projects, ensuring that they align with the organization's mission and objectives. The coordinator will be responsible for liaising with local stakeholders, managing resources, and ensuring that project goals are met efficiently. Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of field projects in the designated region.

Manage project budgets and ensure financial accountability.
Lead and mentor a team of field staff and volunteers, providing training and support as needed.

Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Candidates should also have experience in conflict resolution and negotiation, as well as the ability to adapt to changing circumstances in the field.
Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in social sciences, international development, or a related field is required. A master's degree is preferred and may be considered an asset. Additional certifications in project management or humanitarian response are advantageous.
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a humanitarian or development context. Experience working in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region or similar environments is highly desirable. Proven track record of managing teams and projects successfully is essential.
Languages: Fluency in French is mandatory, and proficiency in English is highly desirable. Knowledge of additional languages spoken in the region is a plus.
