Job Overview:
The position of Responsable de Département Nutrition et Santé involves overseeing the nutrition and health department's operations, ensuring the effective implementation of health programs aimed at improving community health standards. Duties and Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record in health program implementation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of public health principles and practices, particularly in nutrition. Proficiency in project management and data analysis is also required. Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to community health and the ability to work in a challenging environment.

Educational Background:
A degree in Public Health, Nutrition, or a related field is required. Advanced degrees such as a Master's in Public Health (MPH) or equivalent are preferred. Additional certifications in project management or health program evaluation will be considered an asset.

Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in public health or nutrition program management is required. Experience working in Chad or similar contexts is highly desirable. Candidates should have a history of successful project implementation and team leadership.

Languages:
Fluency in French is mandatory, as it is the primary language of communication in Chad. Proficiency in English is considered an asset, especially for international collaboration. Knowledge of local languages is a plus and can enhance community engagement.
