Job Overview:
The Analyst, Office Manager position is crucial for the effective administrative operations of the Bank’s Resident Office in Kosovo. This role involves supporting the Head of Office in managing the office and ensuring that all administrative procedures and processes are implemented effectively. The Analyst will be responsible for creating a well-managed working environment for both staff and visitors. This position requires interfacing with various departments within the Banking Department and other relevant units, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration. The Analyst will also play a key role in maintaining the office's operational efficiency, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with the Bank's policies and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Analyst, Office Manager will have a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to: coordinating regular maintenance of the office, managing office inventory, supplies, and equipment, and liaising with the landlord regarding lease agreements and maintenance issues. The Analyst will also coordinate security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security and medical issues, manage procurement and service contracts, and oversee the office's IT coordination. Additionally, the Analyst will monitor budget expenditures, process expense claims, and handle accounts, ensuring timely reporting and compliance with financial regulations. The role includes supervising administrative and logistics staff, providing training, and supporting the Head of Office with administrative tasks such as drafting correspondence and managing official communications.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates for the Analyst, Office Manager position should possess previous experience in a senior administrative or accounting role, preferably in an international or leading local company. Familiarity with SAP accounting and budget applications is essential. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The role requires the ability to handle confidential information with discretion, maintain professionalism under pressure, and exhibit a high degree of integrity and reliability. Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines are also critical for success in this position.

Educational Background:
A relevant educational background is required for the Analyst, Office Manager position. Candidates should ideally hold a degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
