Job Overview:
The position of Stagiaire Community Feedback Mechanism is designed to support the NRC team in coordinating community feedback mechanisms. The intern will gain valuable professional experience and skills that will facilitate their entry into the job market. The role involves responding to calls received on NRC's Green Line according to established protocols, documenting these calls in the database as per guidance from the department coordinator, and ensuring follow-up on calls with appropriate responses according to NRC procedures. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming calls on the NRC Green Line following established protocols.
• Document calls in the database according to the guidelines provided during training sessions with the department coordinator.
• Ensure proper follow-up on calls and provide appropriate responses in line with NRC procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of all information received, adhering to NRC's standards of privacy and respect.
• Engage in additional tasks as assigned by the hierarchical supervisor, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the Community Feedback Mechanism.

Required Qualifications:

• A university degree in sociology, psychology, or a related field is required.
• Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in data entry and management using Excel.
• Essential fluency in French, along with proficiency in the three most spoken national languages in NRC's intervention areas (Mooré, Gourmacema, Fulfuldé).
• A good understanding of humanitarian principles is preferred.
• Previous work or volunteer experience with humanitarian NGOs or in community relations is considered an asset.
