Duties and Responsibilities: The Country Director's responsibilities include:
Developing and implementing mission strategies in line with the humanitarian context.
Monitoring project progress and ensuring compliance with SI's internal and contractual procedures.
Supervising the administration of resources in collaboration with the Head of Support Services.
Coordinating teams and ensuring their security.
Liaising with SI HQ and managing relationships with financial donors.
