Job Overview:

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Country Director's responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing mission strategies in line with the humanitarian context.
• Monitoring project progress and ensuring compliance with SI's internal and contractual procedures.
• Mobilizing material and financial resources for program effectiveness.
• Supervising the administration of resources in collaboration with the Head of Support Services.
• Coordinating teams and ensuring their security.
• Liaising with SI HQ and managing relationships with financial donors.
