Job Overview:
The Extended Term Temporary (ETT) position is designed to provide high-level administrative support to the Mental Health and Wellbeing Unit (MHWU) within the Health and Safety Directorate (HSD) at the World Bank Group. The role involves managing client interactions, coordinating large meetings and events, and ensuring efficient operations within the unit. The incumbent will report to the MHWU Manager and collaborate closely with team members to maintain smooth business continuity. This position is crucial for connecting clients to necessary resources and support services, including legal and emergency funds, thereby contributing to the overall mission of promoting mental health and wellbeing within the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities of the ETT include supporting the MHWU teams based in headquarters and coordinating administrative tasks with regional Senior Program Assistants when necessary. Key duties involve providing administrative support for unit meetings, including scheduling, coordinating with stakeholders, taking minutes, and preparing presentations. The incumbent will troubleshoot technical issues during meetings, maintain the unit's inventory system, and coordinate logistics for guest speakers. Additional responsibilities include promoting events, assisting with fund disbursement for legal assistance, maintaining records of materials sent to Country Offices, and representing HSD at orientation sessions for new staff. The ETT will also provide logistical support for MHWU events and prepare basic reports as requested.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a high school diploma with at least 10 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably including a bachelor’s degree in a related field with 6 years of experience. Extensive experience in administrative roles, particularly in health and safety or mental health, is essential. Knowledge of administrative processes, especially those specific to the World Bank Group, is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for success in this role, as is a proven understanding of regulations related to health and safety and mental health.

Educational Background:
The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma as a minimum requirement, with a preference for a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. This educational background should be complemented by substantial experience in administrative roles, particularly those related to health and safety or mental health, to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the responsibilities associated with the position.
