Duties and Responsibilities: The Infrastructure Specialist will have a diverse set of responsibilities, including co-leading and supporting task teams in the identification, preparation, and implementation of infrastructure projects. This includes leading analytical studies related to infrastructure provision, participating in policy dialogues with external partners, and providing technical expertise during project implementation. The specialist will conduct site inspections, interact with national and local authorities, and contribute to the preparation of strategic instruments and policy notes. Additionally, the role involves staying updated on sector developments, identifying knowledge gaps, and disseminating relevant information to clients. A minimum of five years of professional experience in the infrastructure sector is required, with a preference for experience in the transport sector. Experience working with cross-sectoral teams and leading dialogues with multiple stakeholders is essential. Proficiency in English is mandatory, and fluency in Albanian is crucial for effective communication with local partners.
