Required Qualifications: Candidates for the ET Consultant position must possess a Master's degree in computer science, business administration, human resources, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to conduct thorough research and analysis. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills, with the capability to translate complex data into understandable formats for various audiences.
