Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the LEAD-Consultant for Crime Scene Investigation Equipment include, but are not limited to:
Conducting a comprehensive needs assessment to identify the specific requirements for crime scene investigation equipment in collaboration with local law enforcement agencies.
Developing detailed technical specifications for the required equipment, ensuring they align with international standards and best practices.
Assisting in the preparation of procurement documents, including terms of reference and evaluation criteria.
Participating in the evaluation of bids and proposals submitted by suppliers, providing expert recommendations based on technical assessments.
Ensuring that all procurement processes adhere to UNDP's policies and procedures, including transparency and accountability measures.
Providing training and capacity-building support to local law enforcement personnel on the use and maintenance of the procured equipment.

Required Qualifications: The required qualifications for the LEAD-Consultant for Crime Scene Investigation Equipment include:
