Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the Movement Control Assistant include:
Assisting in the control of military, police, and civilian personnel and equipment movements throughout the mission area.
Providing an interface and liaison capacity with Movement Control Section detachments and offices as required.
Preparing briefings and statistical reports related to movement operations.
Arranging and coordinating movement activities within a sector or mission area, including road, air, and river transport.
Assisting in the planning and execution of rotations and repatriations of military and police contingents.
Liaising and coordinating with international civilian transport agencies to implement contingent movement plans.
Deploying and supervising mobile movement teams for high-intensity operations when directed.
Overseeing and participating in air terminal operations, including assisting with passenger baggage movement and check-in processes.
Performing other duties as required to support the mission's objectives.
