Duties and Responsibilities: The HR Specialist in Recruitment will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to: partnering with hiring managers to assess their organizational needs; providing information about job applications and the hiring process to candidates; sourcing qualified candidates through various channels; managing the recruitment cycle for assigned clients; posting job vacancies and reviewing applications; endorsing shortlists and assisting with interview preparations; conducting interviews and reference checks; coordinating assessments to evaluate candidates' skills; participating in panel interviews; and supporting HR Business Partners and other HR initiatives as needed. The specialist will also be expected to contribute to ad hoc projects related to talent acquisition and HR functions.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a first-level degree in a related field and have at least five years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in an international context. They should demonstrate a strong background in recruiting for various functions and specializations, as well as experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and talent sourcing techniques. Excellent project management and negotiation skills are essential, along with the ability to provide exceptional client service in a multicultural environment.
