Job Overview:

Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties of the Research Assistant include conducting surveys and facilitating discussions with youth and stakeholders in Bishkek. Required Qualifications:

A minimum of two years of experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative research, particularly in urban studies or human rights, is required. Proficiency in data analysis software and familiarity with digital governance tools and participatory research methods are desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational abilities, and a commitment to social justice principles are essential for this role.

Educational Background:
An advanced degree in urban studies, sociology, public policy, geography, or related fields is required. Current graduate students or researchers in these disciplines may also be accepted. This educational background is crucial for understanding the complexities of urban governance and youth engagement in the context of Kyrgyzstan.

Experience:
The position requires at least two years of previous experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative research. Languages:
