Job Overview: The position of Conseiller/ère électoral/e international/e involves providing technical support to the Provincial Executive Secretariat (SEP) of the National Electoral Authority (ANE) in each province. Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the Conseiller/ère électoral/e international/e include: implementing technical support for MINUSCA to the SEP of the ANE in each province; assisting in the planning and execution of activities and coordination at the provincial level; actively participating in security working group meetings; providing support and advice for enhancing the technical skills of the ANE team; contributing to effective coordination between the ANE and the MINUSCA electoral team at the provincial level; monitoring electoral operations in coverage areas and providing information and reports on progress to the provincial electoral office coordinator; supporting information flow between ANE headquarters and provincial secretaries to ensure execution of decisions and directives; evaluating ongoing or past operations with ANE partners and identifying administrative and operational issues; supporting better coordination in executing operational activities and dialogue with electoral stakeholders; conducting capacity-building activities, coaching, mentoring, and formal training on the ground, working closely with ANE teams to contribute to organizing free, fair, and transparent elections; and undertaking any other tasks as requested by the supervisor.
