Job Overview: The Human Resources Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the HR functions within the assigned divisions. This position involves acting as an HR Partner, where the assistant will manage various HR-related tasks, including the administration of contracts and entitlements, advising staff on HR procedures, and maintaining effective communication with other sections within the administration. Duties and Responsibilities: The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including:
Administering contracts and entitlements by reviewing and processing requests for appointments and claims.

Maintaining effective communication with other sections to coordinate actions.
Collaborating on special projects such as salary and housing surveys.

Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Additionally, technical or vocational studies in Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related area are desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools, particularly Excel and SharePoint, is also preferred. Knowledge of HR management principles and ERP systems is advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures and possess the ability to apply them effectively in an organizational setting.
Educational Background: The minimum educational requirement for this position is a high school diploma or equivalent. For candidates in the General Service category, it is essential to clearly indicate relevant information confirming completion of high school in their Applicant Profile. Technical or vocational studies in areas such as Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or related fields are highly desirable, as well as training in the use of Microsoft Office tools and ERP systems.
Experience: A minimum of five years of experience in human resources management, administrative services, or a related area is required. However, this requirement is reduced to three years for candidates who possess a first-level university degree or higher.
