Duties and Responsibilities: The Analyst will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
Providing strategic and analytical support to program work streams and monitoring program implementation activities.
Engaging with field staff to review programmatic activities and track the implementation of activities.
Analyzing large datasets to generate insightful reports and dashboards for programmatic decision-making.
Identifying potential risks and challenges to the implementation plan and developing mitigation strategies.
Supporting the development of proposals, work plans, budgets, and other necessary documentation for ongoing and new projects.
Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, international partners, donors, suppliers, and NGOs.
Supporting program management and leadership teams with programmatic activities and evaluations.
Contributing to internal organizational initiatives and performing other responsibilities as needed.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree and have at least 2 years of experience in a demanding, results-driven environment. They should demonstrate exceptional analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, and possess the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences. Candidates must be able to synthesize a broad range of information and prepare compelling presentations and reports. The ability to manage multiple tasks in high-pressure situations, along with an entrepreneurial mindset and the capacity to work independently, is essential. Collaboration within a diverse team and strategic thinking in a fast-paced environment are also critical qualifications.
Educational Background: The position requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field, with a strong emphasis on analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
