Job Overview:
The Senior Research Manager will play a crucial role in leading the RETAIN6 project, which focuses on developing differentiated models of care for patients in the first six months of HIV treatment. This position requires a senior-level manager with extensive experience in research strategy development, program management, and leadership. The manager will work closely with the Program Director and will be responsible for overseeing research ethics compliance, managing research and data teams, and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure data availability and reliability. The role also involves mentoring junior staff, engaging with study sites, and contributing to the strategic goals of the project. Duties and Responsibilities:
