Job Overview:
The Staff Assistant will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive office management and administrative support functions. Duties and Responsibilities:
The Staff Assistant's duties include performing a full range of office management and administrative support functions, maintaining liaison with the Executive Office and senior officials, ensuring smooth information flow within the unit, preparing and processing confidential information, and assisting in the development of administrative systems. The incumbent will research and compile background materials, coordinate service-wide activities, orient new staff, attend meetings, prepare minutes, and monitor follow-up activities. Additional responsibilities include drafting responses to correspondence, managing internal databases, carrying out quality control functions for documents, responding to complex information requests, assisting in the preparation of presentation materials, maintaining calendars, and performing various administrative duties such as leave recording and meeting organization. The Staff Assistant will also assist with data collection and analysis, preparation of reports, and updating information materials.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of five years of general office support or related experience is required, which can be reduced to three years for candidates with a first-level university degree or higher. Experience in data analytics or a related area is desirable. The position requires a strong understanding of office management and administrative support functions, as well as proficiency in using standard office software and technology.

Educational Background:

Experience:
The position requires a minimum of five years of general office support or related experience. Languages:
