Job Overview:
The Técnico de Emprendimiento Juvenil will play a crucial role in developing and implementing programs aimed at encouraging young people to explore entrepreneurship as a viable career path. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training programs and workshops focused on entrepreneurship for young people.

• Collaborate with local businesses and organizations to create partnerships that enhance entrepreneurship opportunities.
• Conduct research to identify the needs and interests of young entrepreneurs in the region.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of entrepreneurship and small business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with youth and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in project management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of local economic conditions and resources available for entrepreneurs.

Educational Background:
A bachelor's degree in business administration, entrepreneurship, education, or a related field is required. A master's degree or additional certifications in entrepreneurship or youth development is preferred.

Experience:
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in entrepreneurship, business development, or youth programs is required. Experience working with young people in an educational or mentoring capacity is highly desirable.

Languages:
Fluency in Spanish is mandatory. Proficiency in English or other languages is considered an asset and may enhance communication with diverse stakeholders.
