Job Overview: The Lead, Digital Workplace is a pivotal role within WWF, responsible for spearheading initiatives related to Microsoft content management, collaboration, and automation. Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage Microsoft 365 environments, ensuring they are configured with the latest policies, settings, and features for optimal functionality and security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security.
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that meet organizational needs.
Explore and implement innovative ways to leverage Microsoft 365 features to enhance collaboration and information sharing.
Oversee the organization and accessibility of knowledge resources through refined processes and procedures.
Innovate and configure SharePoint sites, libraries, and metadata structures to facilitate effective knowledge management.
Ensure seamless adoption and communication of document sharing and collaboration tools across the organization.
Create and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI reports and dashboards to support organizational processes.
Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Microsoft Power Platform to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
Stay updated with the latest developments in Microsoft 365 and Power Platform technologies.

Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Required Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience.
Must have extensive experience with Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, as well as Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in content management, collaboration, and process automation is required.
Proficiency in utilizing tools like Power Platform and Graph APIs for task automation and report generation is essential.
Experience with PowerShell and PowerApps for developing custom solutions is necessary.
A solid understanding of data integration, workflow automation, and user interface design is required.
Experience in integrating third-party applications into the Teams environment is a plus.
Proven experience in supervising, mentoring, and training staff is important.
