Duties and Responsibilities:
Prospecting and analyzing social entrepreneurship projects to evaluate their potential and ecosystem.
Meeting candidates and supporting their progress through the selection process.
Coordinating with various stakeholders involved in the selection process, including Ashoka staff, partners, and jury members.
Drafting summary documents on candidates to assist in decision-making.
Organizing the selection panel and ensuring smooth operations during the selection process.
Participating in team activities and contributing to transversal projects as needed.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum Bac+3 level of education.
Knowledge of the social and solidarity economy sector.
Proficiency in English and basic computer tools.
Strong writing and interpersonal skills in both French and English.
Analytical and synthesis capabilities.
Autonomy, versatility, and adaptability are essential personal skills.
Educational Background: Candidates should have at least a Bac+3 level of education, indicating a solid foundation in higher education, preferably in fields related to social sciences, economics, or similar areas relevant to social entrepreneurship.
Experience: The ideal candidate should have experience in project management, involvement in associative activities, or entrepreneurship. This experience will help them understand the dynamics of social entrepreneurship and contribute effectively to the selection process.
Languages: Proficiency in French is mandatory, and a strong command of English is also required. Additional languages may be beneficial but are not specified as mandatory.
Additional Notes: The internship is located in Paris, specifically at the Climate House. The position offers a gross remuneration of €770 per month, along with meal vouchers valued at €8 for each day worked and a reimbursement of 50% of transportation costs.
