Job Overview: Under the supervision of the Engagement and Mobilization Service Manager, the mission will involve animating the network of delegations in France to enhance the visibility and fundraising efforts of Action contre la Faim (ACF). The main responsibilities will include ensuring the follow-up and realization of projects led by the delegations, contributing to the preparation and development of institutional projects, promoting, disseminating, and monitoring the deployment of campaigns and institutional projects while acting as a liaison with various concerned services. The role will also involve guiding, supporting, and monitoring the delegations in organizing and implementing their projects, animating the network of volunteer delegations across France, assisting delegates in their mission and training them on ACF's mandate, and helping them to utilize the necessary tools to lead their teams, promote their projects, and relay ACF's messages. Regular travel to departmental delegations will be required, along with maintaining regular correspondence with delegates and volunteers to foster loyalty and identify their needs. Additionally, the role will involve organizing the recruitment and integration of volunteers in Civic Service, training and supporting volunteers in their skill development, and assisting them in defining and achieving their future project goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure the follow-up and realization of projects led by the delegations.
Contribute to the preparation and development of institutional projects.
Promote, disseminate, and monitor the deployment of campaigns and institutional projects.
Act as a liaison with various services concerned with the projects.
Guide, support, and monitor the delegations in organizing and implementing their projects.

Experience: The position requires significant experience in project management and/or in animating a network of volunteers, indicating that candidates should have a robust background in these areas to effectively fulfill the responsibilities of the role.
Languages: Fluency in French is mandatory, given the location and nature of the work. Knowledge of additional languages may be considered an asset, particularly if they are relevant to the organization's operations or the communities served.
Additional Notes: The position is classified as a cadre integrated role with a fixed-term contract of 6 months on a full-time basis. The location is in Ile-De-France, with a salary range of €37,000 to €44,000 gross annually based on experience. Benefits include 21 days of RTT, health coverage with 80% paid by ACF, salary maintenance provisions for illness, maternity, and paternity, transport allowances covering 50% of the commuting costs, and meal vouchers with 60% covered by the organization. Telework is available for all employees from metropolitan territory, with a requirement for in-person presence at the headquarters for 4 days per month, increasing to 8 days per month from October to July if managing Civic Service volunteers. There are also mandatory collective presence days for meetings and events, and the role may require weekend and evening travel to support volunteer projects.
