Job Overview: The Assistant(e) Approvisionnements et Expéditions will work under the supervision of the International Stock Manager. The role involves contributing to the organization of transport logistics for materials, coordinating with the travel office to establish schedules for appointments prior to departure, briefing on customs and export/import procedures, preparing transport and customs documentation, and packaging items for expatriates. Additionally, the assistant will be responsible for archiving and tracking administrative documents. The position also includes managing stock by receiving and processing stock release requests, preparing orders for supplies, managing IT and telecommunications service requests with the IT department, updating stock and order tracking tools (LINK and UBW), monitoring the flow of goods (inbound/outbound), assisting with restocking (sourcing, quotations, orders), verifying supplier receipts, organizing and arranging storage spaces, and conducting regular inventories.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Organize transport logistics for materials, including coordination with the travel office for scheduling.
Brief on customs and export/import procedures.
Prepare transport and customs documentation.
Package items for expatriates.
Archive and track administrative documents.
Manage stock by receiving and processing stock release requests.
Prepare orders for supplies.
Manage IT and telecommunications service requests with the IT department.

Required Qualifications: Candidates must be enrolled in a bachelor's degree program (Bac +3) in logistics, humanitarian project management, or possess similar experience. Proficiency in Excel is essential. Candidates should demonstrate autonomy and initiative, with the ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written English.
Educational Background: A bachelor's degree (Bac +3) in logistics, humanitarian project management, or a related field is required. Candidates must also have a convention de stage issued by a French educational institution.
Experience: Candidates should have relevant experience in logistics or humanitarian project management, or be currently pursuing a degree in a related field. Experience with stock management and transport logistics is preferred.
Languages: Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is mandatory. Knowledge of additional languages may be considered an asset but is not required.

The internship is compensated at a rate of 4.57 euros net per hour, based on a 35-hour work week, with a total weekly working time of 38.75 hours. Interns are entitled to 21 days of RTT (time off) prorated based on their presence in the organization. There are also provisions for absence due to exams or academic research. The organization covers 50% of public transport costs. The position requires 100% on-site presence.
