Job Overview: The position of Manager for the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) at the William J Clinton Foundation (WJCF) involves driving support to the National Health Authority (NHA) in accelerating the adoption of ABDM. This role requires the development and oversight of innovative initiatives aimed at enhancing the implementation of ABDM across various geographies in India. The Manager will coordinate closely with multiple stakeholders, including NHA leadership, donor representatives, and ecosystem partners, while managing a multi-disciplinary team across four to five states. Duties and Responsibilities: The primary responsibilities of the Manager include refining WJCF’s overall strategy towards ABDM adoption, developing operational plans for execution, and identifying opportunities to maximize impact. The Manager will explore innovative outreach methods to engage healthcare professionals and seekers, develop collaborative relationships with stakeholders, and work closely with program leads and government officials to identify solutions for driving ABDM adoption. Additionally, the Manager will identify potential partners for implementing solutions, manage teams for executing planned interventions, develop a monitoring framework for capturing impact, and support fundraising opportunities. The role also involves managing donor relations, ensuring timely deliverables, fostering a collaborative team environment, and documenting learnings through published articles.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in management, public health, engineering, digital health, public policy, or related fields. A minimum of 8 years of work experience in management consulting, public health, data analysis, public policy, digital health, or related areas is required. Proven performance in a fast-paced, results-driven environment is essential. Preferred qualifications include experience in multi-stakeholder environments, government stakeholder management, and familiarity with e-governance or digital health programs in India.
Educational Background: The educational background required for this position includes a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as management, public health, engineering, digital health, or public policy.
