Job Overview:
The position is situated within the Sport & Solidarity Pole, with the primary goal of contributing to the organization of physical and digital challenges for Action contre la Faim (ACF). The role involves participating in the development of projects, including the organization of the Challenge against Hunger in Paris La Défense, supporting all logistical aspects of the event, and assisting in the organization of the connected challenge #Connectedagainsthunger. Additionally, the role includes creating tools and visuals for the #Connectedagainsthunger application. The position also entails supporting companies during their registration for events, updating standard emails for event management, organizing presentation sessions for participating companies, and collaborating with the project manager to create client and billing sheets for participating companies.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development of projects by participating in the organization of the Challenge against Hunger in Paris La Défense.
  • Provide logistical support for the Paris La Défense event.
  • Assist in organizing the connected challenge #Connectedagainsthunger.
  • Create tools and visuals for the #Connectedagainsthunger application.
  • Support companies during their registration for events.
  • Update standard emails for event management (rankings, registrations).
  • Organize presentation sessions for participating companies via video conferences.
  • Collaborate with the project manager to create client and billing sheets for participating companies.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates should be pursuing a Bac+4/5 in Event Management, Communication, or Logistics from prestigious business schools, IEPs, or major universities. A prior experience in volunteering is considered a plus. Candidates should be recognized for their tact, flexibility, and skill in dealing with various stakeholders, as well as possessing creativity and a proactive approach.

Educational Background:
