Job Overview:
The multiple HR positions at NRC Palestine Country Office are designed to ensure the effective implementation of HR functions and duties specifically for the Country Office staff. The roles encompass a wide range of HR tasks, including but not limited to administering employee salaries, benefits, and entitlements, supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, providing training, and following up on staff performance evaluations. Candidates will utilize Human Resources Systems to maintain accurate and confidential employee records and will serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries on various HR-related topics. The positions aim to enhance the overall HR function within the organization, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and regulations while fostering a positive work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities for the HR positions include managing payroll and staff-related benefits and allowances, facilitating learning and development opportunities, maintaining employee relations, and overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes. Specific duties may involve coordinating with multiple departments to ensure effective communication and information sharing, managing employee records with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality, and addressing employee queries in a timely manner.
