A minimum of one year of experience in interpreting from one of the languages of Myanmar (Burmese, Rohingya, or Rakhine) into English and vice versa is required. Experience in providing interpretation or translation services in support of criminal investigations or related subjects is considered desirable. Furthermore, experience working in field missions within the United Nations Common System or other international organizations is also desirable, as it demonstrates familiarity with the operational context of the UN.
Educational Background: The minimum educational requirement for this position is a High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification.
