The officer will monitor private sector investment trends and identify potential partners, proposing strategic entry points for engagement with UNESCO. Additionally, the role involves leveraging UNESCO's brand to create new partnership initiatives, such as co-branding and joint campaigns. The officer will provide backstopping to UNESCO program sectors and field offices in negotiating funding agreements and will be responsible for monitoring the portfolio of agreements with assigned partners. Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess an advanced university degree (Master's or equivalent) in Public Relations, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field. A minimum of four years of relevant professional experience in international relations and partnership mobilization is required, with at least two years of experience at the international level. The position demands excellent communication, writing, and editorial skills, along with strong diplomatic skills and political sensitivity. Organizational and interpersonal skills are also essential for success in this role.
