Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of knowledge management strategies related to insider mediation.
  • Collect, analyze, and synthesize information and data relevant to mediation efforts.
  • Document lessons learned and best practices from mediation initiatives and ensure they are accessible to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and workshops to promote collaboration among teams.
  • Support the creation of knowledge products such as reports, case studies, and presentations.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and feedback on knowledge management practices.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives and recommend improvements.
  • Contribute to the development of training materials and resources for staff on knowledge management tools and practices.
  • Assist in the maintenance of knowledge management platforms and databases.

Required Qualifications:
