  • Assisting with the implementation of the support function portfolio according to the plan of action.
  • Preparing and developing status reports as required by management.
  • Ensuring proper filing of documents related to shelter activities.
  • Conducting on-site assessments in various regions to identify needs and resources for shelter assistance.
  • Identifying vulnerable families eligible for shelter assistance based on established criteria.
  • Monitoring rehabilitation works by contractors and project participants.
  • Overseeing shelter repair activities and ensuring they are completed on time.
  • Participating in field missions to provide monitoring and technical assistance to beneficiaries. 1
