Job Overview:
The Project Manager (PM) role at Hart is a critical security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security position that requires operational management experience, particularly in hostile environments. The PM will be responsible for overseeing security operations at a designated site, ensuring that all business operations run effectively and efficiently. This includes managing the operations center, reviewing and amending Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and providing oversight for Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards, as well as Quality Assurance Plans. The PM will also lead incident management within their area of responsibility and ensure that operator skills and knowledge are maintained through regular training and rotation. The role emphasizes ethical recruitment practices and maintaining operational workforce levels in accordance with contract terms.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Project Manager will manage all aspects of current business operations, ensuring the operations center is effective and efficient. Responsibilities include reviewing and amending Hart’s SOPs in collaboration with the Contract Manager (CM), providing management oversight of HSE, PSC1/ISO18788, and Quality Assurance Plans, and conducting frequent checks and inspections. The PM will lead incident management, maintain operator skills through training, manage workforce levels on site, and promote ethical recruitment practices. Additionally, the PM will liaise closely with clients to ensure service levels are maintained, monitor contract terms, uphold client relationships, promote workplace health and safety, manage stock and purchasing procedures, complete high-level reports, conduct onsite training for the guard force, manage performance and disciplinary matters, and handle external and internal communications effectively.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a formal security, business, or international relations qualification. A recognized workplace health and safety qualification, such as IOSH or an equivalent, is desirable. Essential qualifications include a Close Protection Qualification and Hostile Environment Training. Candidates should have well-developed English oral and written skills, the ability to think under pressure, and guide a team effectively. Proficiency in MS Office applications and effective time-management skills are also required, along with strong interpersonal and client-focused skills.

Educational Background:
The position requires a formal qualification in security, business, or international relations. Additionally, candidates should have a recognized workplace health and safety qualification, such as IOSH or an equivalent, and essential training in Close Protection and Hostile Environments.

Experience:
