The role involves working closely with the Governance and Rule of LawAdvisor and the PAPEC team for a maximum duration of six months. The Assistant will contribute to various tasks, including organizing meetings, preparing minutes, conducting press reviews, and producing regular information summaries on the political, security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security, economic, and social situation in CAR. Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the Assistant Projet include:
Organizing meetings and preparing detailed minutes of discussions.
Conducting press reviews and producing regular summaries of information regarding the political, security, economic, and social landscape in CAR.
Analyzing correspondence and preparing appropriate responses.
Assisting in the drafting of reports, analytical notes, and briefings.
Contributing to the planning and organization of project activities.
Providing support for any other tasks as needed. Additionally, the Assistant is expected to enhance their understanding of volunteerism by engaging with available documentation and participating in UNV activities, such as International Volunteer Day.
