Job Overview:

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Health, Safety, and Security Manager will have a comprehensive set of responsibilities, including:

• Monitoring and analyzing security risks to ensure the safety of NRC operations.
• Implementing mitigation measures and conducting security briefings for staff.
• Overseeing emergency preparedness and providing technical support to operational teams.
• Managing incident response and supporting staff during crises.
• Facilitating humanitarian access through capacity building and technical support.
• Establishing departmental objectives and managing staff performance.
• Coordinating with external stakeholders to enhance security measures.
• Providing risk management support to ensure compliance with NRC standards.
• Leading training and development initiatives for the Health, Safety, and Security team.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates for the Health, Safety, and Security Manager position must possess the following qualifications:

• Expertise in humanitarian access analysis and civil-military coordination.
• Familiarity with complex and volatile environments, particularly in high-risk settings.
