Job Overview:
The UN University Volunteer position is designed to support the implementation of various projects managed by UNOPS in Indonesia, particularly those related to climate change and sustainable development. The volunteer will work under the direct supervision of the Project Manager and will be involved in a range of activities that contribute to the overall success of the projects. This includes supporting daily project activities, participating in monitoring and evaluation efforts, and assisting in communication and visibility initiatives. Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the UN University Volunteer include:
  • Supporting the Project Manager in daily project implementation activities;
  • Participating in monitoring and evaluation activities;
  • Assisting in communication efforts, including the creation of visibility and promotional materials;
  • Performing administrative tasks and maintaining project diaries and progress reports;
  • Supporting procurement activities requested by project partners and beneficiaries;
  • Assisting in the preparation of narrative and financial reports for stakeholders;
  • Ensuring the quality of work packages and deliverables;
  • Identifying and advising on potential risks or issues;
  • Providing timely inputs for project performance monitoring; 1
