Job Overview:
The Digital Content Consultant position at UNICEF Thailand is a pivotal role aimed at enhancing the organization's digital-first strategy. The consultant will be responsible for leading the creative development of paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta and Google. This includes crafting compelling ad copy, visuals, and video scripts specifically designed for fundraising campaigns. The consultant will utilize analytics and ad platform data to optimize content, thereby boosting donor acquisition and revenue. The role requires collaboration with agencies and internal teams to ensure that all creative outputs are aligned with UNICEF's brand and objectives. The consultant will also drive innovation through continuous testing and refreshing of creative assets, ensuring that the content remains engaging and effective in reaching potential donors.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Digital Content Consultant will have a variety of responsibilities, including:
  • **Paid Media Content Development**: Creating high-performing ad copy and creative assets for paid media ads on platforms like Meta and Google, as well as video scripts and landing pages aimed at driving donor acquisition and revenue.
  • **Creative Refresh and Iterative Optimization**: Ensuring a steady flow of diverse and optimized assets to prevent creative fatigue, which includes bi-monthly refreshes of campaign assets and providing performance insights based on analytics.
  • **Agency Briefing and Creative Production Oversight**: Preparing clear briefs for external agencies to ensure timely production of high-quality creative that aligns with UNICEF's brand and fundraising objectives.
  • **Content Alignment and Stakeholder Coordination**: Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency across donor journeys and identifying gaps in the digital fundraising strategy.
  • **Performance-Driven Content Strategy**: Utilizing analytics to optimize content for different stages of the donor funnel, focusing on conversion and revenue growth, and providing monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must demonstrate fluency in both Thai and English, with a strong background in copywriting and creative editing. They should possess knowledge of digital content best practices, particularly in relation to conversion and revenue generation. Familiarity with web analytics and ad platform data is essential for analyzing and optimizing performance. Experience with tools such as Canva and Adobe for static ad creation is also required. Additionally, candidates should have experience with META and Google Ad Manager, as well as GA4, and have a background in a relevant sector.

Educational Background:
A relevant degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred. Candidates should have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices, particularly in the context of fundraising and donor engagement.

Experience:
The position requires candidates to have a minimum of several years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in content creation and optimization for paid media campaigns. Experience in the non-profit sector or with organizations focused on child welfare or social impact is highly desirable.

Languages:
Fluency in Thai is mandatory, and proficiency in English is also required. Additional language skills may be considered an asset but are not mandatory.

Additional Notes:
The contract duration is from February 1, 2026, to January 31, 2027, with the potential for a 24-month extension. This consultancy can be performed remotely, with occasional travel requirements for specific meetings.
